In his role, he develops promotions and curates collections that feature various types of creators, with a focus on celebrating themes such as LGBTQ+ Pride, Black History, and Women’s History. Royce prioritizes ethical marketing practices by avoiding age-based targeting, steering clear of discriminatory tactics, and ensuring they spotlight the right creators without exploiting specific groups.
Royce’s professional interests and causes include civil rights and social action, economic empowerment, politics, and social services. He is committed to ethical practices, with expertise spanning technology, product development, project management, data analysis, communications and public relations, research, and higher education.

Clay Lute
Clay Lute is a Global Merchant at Calvin Klein, and also an originating member of The Z-Suite, a Gen Z network that serves as a consulting group for leaders in fashion, retail, and technology, aiming to bridge the gap between companies and their Gen Z consumers. In this role, Clay contributes to enhancing business strategies, promoting sustainable practices, and advancing culture and belonging in the retail industry. His work has been featured in publications such as The Guardian, WWD, and Forbes.
Clay’s professional focus areas include sustainability, as well as retail, fashion, consumer behavior, branding, early career development, and Gen Z engagement.

Maren Costa
Maren Costa is a climate justice and workers’ rights advocate, currently serving as the U.S. Advisor at WorkForClimate.org. Her mission is to challenge consumerism and push for corporate accountability. She was featured in the Netflix documentary Buy Now: The Shopping Conspiracy and has over 20 years of tech leadership experience at Adobe, Amazon, and Microsoft.
She co-founded Amazon Employees for Climate Justice (AECJ) and, in 2020, was controversially fired by Amazon for organizing around climate action and worker safety—an event that drew national attention, sparked legal action, and resulted in a landmark settlement. At Microsoft, she led efforts in ethical consumer product design and advocated for a sustainable 401(k) plan. Her professional focus includes sustainability, waste management, ethics, and workers’ rights.
